Exhibitor Information

Things to do in advance:

Book your flight or train

You will be flying into Sea-Tac Airport, which is a 25 minute cab drive or a 45 minute light rail ride into downtown Seattle. Light Rail is accessed via a walkway from Baggage Claim, across a skybridge, follow signs to Link Light Rail. There is only 1 line that goes North to South, when you board, make sure you are going North towards the city center.

The Amtrak station is located on the edge of Pioneer Square, also considered part of downtown.

Book your hotel

We have some recommendations based on location and price.

The Georgetown Inn is the only hotel we recommend in Georgetown. Located a few blocks away from Georgetown nightlife, but about a half mile walk to our festival venue (about 15 min). Free parking, clean, comfortable rooms. 4 miles from Downtown.

The Dylan, a Baymont by Wyndham, is located in Downtown Seattle, under the monorail, on 5th Ave. Easy access to transit. Free parking onsite. We have received a special rate of $109 a/night if you reserve via this link, and after reservation is made, send an email with reservation # and name to Chris at chris@tudorholdingsllc.com and he will adjust your rate.

Travelodge at the Space Needle is located in Downtown Seattle, very close to the Seattle Center. Fairly easy access to transit. Free parking onsite. We have received a special rate of $109 a/night if you reserve via this link, and after reservation is made, send an email with reservation # and name to Chris at chris@tudorholdingsllc.com and he will adjust your rate.

If you are seeking a hotel or Airbnb on your own, or with friends, the festival venue is in the Georgetown neighborhood. We will also have satellite programming on Capitol Hill and likely Downtown.

New location! New venue!!

The Seattle Design Center, 5701 6th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108 in the Georgetown neighborhood, between 4th & 6th Ave. S, cross-streets Orcas and Mead. This is a more industrial area than in previous years, please do not leave luggage in your car, put in concealed trunk or bring into the venue with you.

Exhibitor load-in and set-up is at 10 am. All exhibitors will load-in from the back of the building (on 4th Ave. S) or, if you have a lot of boxes, at the Loading Dock on Mead St. No exhibitors are allowed to load-in from the front, as those doors will be locked until we open.

There is FREE parking on both sides of the building, so we ask that exhibitors first fill up the lot in the back (4th Ave. S), for the easiest access for load in and out.

Unfortunately, the light rail does not stop in Georgetown, but you can take it to the SODO station, and then transfer to the #131/132 bus that will drop you off on 4th Ave. S which is the back of the venue. There will be signage that will direct you to the entrance.

Exhibitor Load-In

Look for the entrance labeled above “Bespoke Lighting”, and we’ll also have it labeled with our own signage, and directional A-boards. Once inside, follow the blue tape arrows to get to the Atrium. Go directly to your assigned table, they will be labeled as on the table map, and volunteers will be there to help you.

  • Please do not bring large displays, flags, backdrops, or extensive shelving that would block the overall sight line of the show. You will be asked to take these things down so please do not waste time and space bringing them to the show.
  • Bring a tablecloth or piece of fabric to cover the bare table (this actually makes a huge difference). A full size table is 8 ft x 2.5 ft. A half table is 4 ft x 2.5 ft. A quarter table is 2 ft x 2.5 ft.
  • There is no wall space for exhibitors (not even with blue tape) – so plan on presenting your posters or prints in portfolios or hanging from the front of your table.
  • Do not bring unregistered people to sit with you at your table. Extra people crowd the exhibitors around you who have paid for a certain amount of space. If you want to take a break, you can have someone take your place, but you can’t both be behind the table.
  • The venue has free WIFI, gender-neutral restrooms on each floor, an elevator, and there will large-print directional signage throughout the space.
  • There will be coffee and lunch items available for purchase on both floors.
