We are happy to return to our festival venues Fisher Pavilion and The Vera Project at Seattle Center. The exhibitor tables, animation tent, and bake sale will be at Fisher Pavilion, and creative programming to be featured at The Vera Project in their gallery and stage rooms. Exhibitors and audience alike are very happy with the spacious aisles, ample light, and energetic atmosphere of Fisher Pavilion, a 12,000 sq. ft. space. The venue sits in the heart of the Seattle Center campus across from the International Fountain and in between Key Arena and The Armory. More venue (including ADA accessibility) info here.
The Vera Project is an all-ages concert and gallery space a short walk from Fisher Pavilion. We will have vinyl directional signs on the ground leading you in between both venues. The Vera Project also features an art gallery space that will feature a Short Run guest artist, and a zine library, with zines & mini-comics donated by Short Run.
Both venues are accessible by elevators and/or ramps. We are adding a private lactation room, designated gender neutral bathrooms, large print signage, and closed captioning on our all-day animation screening.
